Petroleum Research and Consulting Services, Inc. (PRCS) is a diversified, applied research and consulting organization based in Tulsa, Oklahoma. PRCS was established in 1984 to meet the growing demand for state-of-the-art consulting and problem solving in the areas of exploration, drilling, completion, stimulation, formation evaluation and pressure transient well testing for oil, gas, coalbed methane, geothermal, shale gas, and brine wells.

The major efforts of PRCS center around increasing the productivity of individual wells. This process encompasses properly identifying the well's problem, quantifying the extent of formation damage, then rectifying the problem by selection of appropriate stimulation technique, which may include clean up, acidization or hydraulic fracturing treatment. The selected technique or their combinations usually result in increasing the well's productivity beyond its natural potential. Our basic approach is equally applicable to all wells regardless of their flowing fluid (oil, gas, brine or geothermal fluids).
